Link your email outbox to Mail A Letter
To email us a letter send us the letter from your user email account. You can include attachments of HTML, MS Word & Adobe PDF files. The letter will be held for you to review in your Mailbox in Draft status for 1 hour and then sent to production if there are sufficient funds in your MailBank account. You can also mail it earlier by logging into the site and mailing it manually.
Addressing your Letter:
The address of the recipient should be placed in the subject of the email with a semi-colon between each line in the address.
For Example, a subject line like this: "Jane Smith; Acme Corporation; 123 Main Street, Suite 200; Springfield, IL 62704"
The Address would be printed:
Jane Smith
Acme Corporation
123 Main Street, Suite 200
Springfield, IL 62704
Where to email your letter
Depending on which service you would like, send your letter to one of the following email addresses.

Certified Mail is a mail service which provides tracking, delivery status information and an electronic return receipt with the recipient's signature and date/time of delivery. Certified mail is only available within the United States and its territories (including APOs and FPOs).
mailmeTracking@mailaletter.com - Letter will be mailed with Tracking. A tracking number and delivery status will be provided. Tracking is only available within the United States and its territories (including APOs and FPOs).
mailmeExpress@mailaletter.com - Letter will be mailed Express. Express Mail Delivery is the fastest service for time-sensitive letters and documents.
