Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities include:
  • administrative office support to Mail A Letter and NeroPost LLC
  • clerical work including documentation, copying, filing
  • assist with record keeping and reporting of ongoing business activities
  • work and communicate with vendors and suppliers
  • manage supplies inventory; anticipate, place and expedite re-orders
  • ensure equipment operation; anticipate and expedite necessary repairs or re-orders
Skills/Qualifications:
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • flexible, skilled at multi-tasking and organized
  • timely, accurate, detail-oriented and dependable
  • excellent Microsoft Office computer skills
  • accounts payable experience a plus
  • shows initiative, willingness to learn and grow with the business
  • 1-2 year related experience

Customer Technical Support

Responsibilities include:
  • online and phone customer support to Mail A Letter and NeroPost LLC
  • handle requests regarding technical and policies assistance<
  • identify customer needs, troubleshoot and assist with account services
  • provide printing & mailing support relating to a customer's query
  • assist with document, image, printing issues
  • contact customers with postal & mailing issues (ie, returned mail)
  • assist with research & development to enhance the customer experience
Skills/Qualifications:
  • excellent interpersonal and customer relation skills
  • excellent written and verbal/phone communication skills
  • have an understanding of HTML, XML, Javascript and PHP
  • excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office & Adobe
  • strong ability to multi-task and troubleshoot
  • timely, accurate, detail-oriented and dependable
  • work flexibility a plus: available for rotating weekend/ weekday shifts
  • 2-3 year related experience

Online Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities include:
  • support and traffic the day to day business of all online ad campaigns
  • ensure correct setup, optimization and monitoring of ad campaigns
  • responsible for weekly reports and analysis and billing reports
  • complete campaigns within allotted budgets
  • assist with new ideas for campaigns
  • responsible for competitive intelligence and monitoring
  • work with partners and third party vendors
Skills/Qualifications:
  • strong analytical, reporting and online testing skills
  • strong ability to multi-task and troubleshoot
  • solid understanding of SEO and interactive advertising campaigns
  • knowledge of online, e-mail, direct marketing techniques
  • knowledge of current testing & research sources
  • timely, accurate, detail-oriented and dependable
  • 2-3 year related experience
